Plots may be in the sizes of 150 Sq.yards as per the DTCP Layout intially. All the payments have to be made by the customer proportionately basing on the extent and payment schedule rates per Sq.Yds are mentioned below.

Each Applicant customer has to pay an admission fee of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by cash in order to obtain membership and passbook
