01 Venture land availability and layout plots will be allotted in Survey Nos.44/A, 44/A/1 part and others in Patlur Village, Marpally Mandal, Vikarabad District, Telangana
 
02 Plots may be in the sizes of 150 Sq.yards as per the Tentative Layout intially. All the payments have to be made by the customer proportionately basing on the extent and payment schedule rates per Sq.Yds are mentioned below.
 
03 Each Applicant customer has to pay an admission fee of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by cash in order to obtain membership and passbook
 
04 PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR 150 SQ. YARDS PLOTS:
 
  A.Spot Payment @ Rs.8,000/- (Rupees Eight Thousand only) per Sq.Yard, Amounting to Rs.12,00,000/- Payable within 45 Days from the date of membership.

  B.12 Months Payment Scheme @ Rs.8,700/- (Rupees Eight Thousand Seven Hundred only) per Sq.Yard, Payable from 05-03-2024 is as follows:
